Let summer roll on with this week's ice cream sundae special of Espresso, chocolate, coconut syrup with roasted coffee beans. This one is a take on an affogato, and better I say, as the chocolate has caramelised as you cook it and the coffee beans cut through this with a bitter crunch. Yum!
