We ship New Zealand wide & to Australia with reputable couriers.  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.  As we freshly bake every day, your purchase will be sent the day after your order is placed and will take 1-6 days to arrive depending on the delivery location.  If you require an urgent, same day delivery please phone us on +64221034091, we are happy to help make it happen!  Delivery times below are from dispatch date (the day after the order is placed).

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Gifts can be delivered Saturday to non-rural addresses.  Please check your address here and select SATURDAY in the shipping options.

RURAL DELIVERY

Rural delivery takes 2-6 days and does not include Saturday delivery.  Please check your address here and select RURAL in the shipping options.  Gifts will be left at the front door, so please ensure gates are open and access codes are  provided & recipient's mobile number is included to enable safe delivery. The delivery tracking email will register 'Delivered' when the gift is handed to the rural delivery team and take a further 2-4 days to arrive at its destination. 

Wrapping & Shipping

Everything we send you is beautifully wrapped in calico cotton, tissue or biodegradable cellophane, with an enveloped gift card, securely boxed and carefully delivered by a courier company to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.

All gift food items are air-sealed in biodegradable cellophane bags or glass jars and are lovingly packed, wrapped and made secure so they arrive at your destination neat, tidy, fresh & ready for consumption!

We care about the environment.  So everything we send you is biodegradable or reusable.  Our food is consumable, its cellophane, card and packaging is biodegradable and the glass jars are reusable too; the homewares are designed to be reused and Express shipping within Auckland is door-to-door to eliminate excessive shipping packaging.  Otherwise packaging is essential to maintain freshness and presentation so we use biodegradable packaging.

 

Gift Card

Pre-Orders

We take pre-orders for future deliveries, so if you need a delivery date beyond the timeframe listed above, please enter it at the cart in the gift message/notes box.

Pick-ups

As we are an A grade commercial licensed kitchen, our food licence does not allow pickups from our premises.

Tracking your order

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched and a delivery confirmation email when your order is received.  Delivery confirmation for Rural orders is when the gift is handed to the rural delivery team.  Delivery will be 48-72 hours after this.

Delivery Delays

We try our best to get your gift delivered to your recipient within the timeframes listed above.  These are indicative timeframes only, however, as couriers are delivering the gifts and they are affected by weather, national and global emergencies, incomplete or incorrect addresses or any other reason beyond our control.  If your gift has not been delivered in the timeframe please check your tracking email number or contact us and we can follow up with the courier to get a delivery timeframe and reason for delay.

International Shipping
